Yohan Bita Minsili, CPA, MBA is the founder and managing partner of MINSILI CPA LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) in accounting from Georgia State University’s Robinson School of Business. In addition, Yohan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a focus in accounting and management from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business.

Yohan has over 14 years of professional experience preparing individual and business tax returns and conducting consulting and audit projects. He has worked with clients in different industries, including construction, real estate, distribution, retail, cosmetics, transportation, and information technology. Furthermore, he worked as consultant for companies at different stages of growth, from start up to mature stages. Some of the consulting and auditing skills include financial and operational auditing, financial statement preparation and review, internal controls auditing and consulting, financial analysis and budgeting, information system review, auditing and implementation, and tax compliance planning.

Yohan is perfectly fluent in French, and an avid world traveler.

Yohan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountant and the Institute of Internal Auditor.
